For immediate threats to or from association property that may require the immediate dispatch of an after-hours vendor. Call and stay on the line; follow instructions received. If a threat is serious and remains unmitigated after calling the property manager hotline, seek other forms of emergency assistance, such as calling 24/7 vendor hotlines directly.

Fire Sprinkler System Emergency Repairs

Fire Sprinkler Water is Flooding Unit
Dial 9-1-1 immediately (If there is no fire or smoke, first state your call is non-emergency, then request dispatch of a fire department crew to stop the water flow. The shutoff in garage is not connected to fire sprinkler system. Seek water intrusion mitigation service immediately afterwards and then notify property management.)
