If you have an emergency that threatens association property or requires immediate assistance, call the management company’s emergency line and press 2 to reach a live call‑center staff member.
If a serious threat remains unresolved after speaking with the call center, seek additional emergency assistance, including contacting 24/7 vendor hotlines directly.
All emergencies must be reported through the phone hotline rather than email.

Fire Sprinkler System Emergency Repairs

(If the fire bell on the exterior of the building is ringing, dial 9‑1‑1 immediately.)
Fire Sprinkler Water Flooding Unit
Dial 9‑1‑1 immediately.
If there is no fire or smoke, state your call is non‑emergency and request dispatch of a fire department crew to stop the water flow.
The household water shutoff in the garage is not connected to the fire sprinkler system.
Seek water intrusion mitigation service immediately afterward and then notify property management.
